We turn drawings into repeatable production by combining laser cutting, stamping, press-brake forming, CNC turning/milling, and both robotic and manual welding. Typical deliverables include mounting brackets, hitch and towing brackets, structural connectors, thick-plate gussets, subframes, reinforcement modules, and machined pins/bushings used in welded assemblies. Materials include carbon steel and stainless steel, with high-strength and wear-resistant grades available upon request.For repeat orders, we build dedicated fixtures and control fit-up before welding. Key characteristics such as hole position, flatness, and interface points are inspected in-process and at final inspection. We support corrosion protection for outdoor service, including e-coating + powder coating (popular for black outdoor parts), powder coating, galvanizing, zinc plating and passivation per requirement. Inspection records, material certificates, and coating specifications can be provided on request.We are most competitive on OEM components and welded sub-assemblies - from prototypes and pilot runs to stable, high-volume supply.
